By accessing or using Pokerli ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Pokerli is a poker game management application that helps users organize and manage poker tournaments and cash games. The Service includes:

Tournament and cash game creation and management
Blind level timers and notifications
Player tracking and statistics
Team management and collaboration features
Prize distribution calculations

Important: Pokerli is a game management tool only. It does not facilitate real-money gambling, process gambling transactions, or operate as a gambling platform.

The free plan includes the tournament timer feature. Game management and other Pro features require upgrading to Pokerli Pro.

4.2 Pokerli Pro (Lifetime)

Pokerli Pro is a one-time purchase that provides permanent, lifetime access to all features. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once purchased, you will have access to all current and future Pro features at no additional cost.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase
Refunds are granted at our discretion
Upon refund, Pro access will be revoked immediately

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in Settings.
